All orders are shipped with tracking included. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Once shipped, delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on location and carrier conditions.

As Softr products are intimate items, returned products must be:

In their original packaging

Processing may take up to 14 business days, though it usually happens much faster
